Andrea Berry In the fall, I am attending graduate school toward a Master's in medical statistics from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry.
Thomas Brown I would like to thank my family, friends and all of the faculty and staff in the Math Department for their support over the past four years. Next year I will be attending the University of Michigan in a Ph.D program in Statistics.
Chao-I Chen I will be pursuing a financial analyst career.
Matthew Conomos I will be attending the UR School of Medicine starting next year in order to get my Ph.D. in biostatistics.
Chamarra Coward I have secured a position here at the University of Rochester as one of the new Upward Bound Counselors. While working at the University, I Plan on attaining my Master's in education.
Elizabeth Derose Next year I will be attending law school at Northeastern University with a social justice scholarship.
Mark DiFiore I will be attending Fordham Law School in the Fall.
Jason Eisele I plan on pursuing an analytical career in a business environment. I hope to begin full-time employment as an actuary soon after graduation.
Peter Faber I have a job as an actuarial associate at BPA Harbridge in Syracuse, NY.
Kaitlyn Gorczynski I will be pursuing a career in the actuarial field and I am planning to take the first of several actuarial exams within the next year
Bridget Hoffmann Next year I will be working in the Securities and Finance Division of NERA at their Manhattan office.
Samantha Kercull I plan on working for two years before going on to medical school.
David Kloc I have accepted an actuarial analyst position at Mercer in Pittsford, NY.
Kathryn Knowles I also earned a B.S. in Chemistry in addition to a B.A. in Mathematics. I will be pursuing a Ph.D. in Chemistry at Northwestern University beginning in the Fall.
Priscilla Kosloski I will be pursuing a Master's in secondary education in Chicago so that I can become a high school math teacher.
Andrea LaRocque I am planning on moving to the New York City area, where I will actively be pursuing a career in the financial services industry.
Andrew Lee I will be an equity trader at Trillium Trading, LLC in the Fall. I would like to thank the UR Math Department for a rewarding undergraduate experience.
Brian Lipp I'm planning on pursuing a career in secondary education.
Kendra Lounsberry I intend to spend the next year abroad in Australia working and traveling. After this, I will return and attend law school where I plan to go into either criminal or patent law.
Heather Michaels I will be taking a year off while applying to dental school.
Maxwell Mikel-Stites I plan to attend graduate school at a later date, and obtain a Ph.D., potentially in the area of physics or robotics.
Allyson Miller I will be moving to Madison, WI to start a job with Epic, a health care software company
Elizabeth Munch I'm a dual candidate for a Bachelor of Music with Performer's Certificate in Harp Performance from the Eastman School of Music, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the College of Arts and Sciences. Next year I will be attending Duke University to pursue a Ph.D. in Mathematics while continuing to play harp.
Liana Muskin I've had a wonderful time at U of R. I'm looking forward to another year here as a Take Five Scholar studying the effect of religion in the U.S. government.
Andrew Niles I will be studying mathematics for one year at the University of Cambridge, supported by a Churchill Scholarship. I will then return to the USA to work on my Ph.D.
Timothy O'Brien I will be attending a biostatics program this summer at BU.
Sanjana Prabhakar I will start working in NYC for Goldman Sachs in the Investment Research Division.
Benjamin Schmitt This summer I will be working at âColumbia University with the Laboratory Astrophysics group of Daniel Savin. In the fall, I've been selected to receive a Fulbright Research/Study grant to be used at the Universitaet Heidelberg and the Max-Planck-insitut fuer Kernphysik (Max- Planck-Institute for Nuclear Physics) in Heidelberg, Germany.
Kurt Spielmann will be working in NYC at Marsh as a risk analyst.
Brian Turkett Next year I will be a Take Five Scholar studying music cognition. Later my plans are to pursue a graduate degree in teaching.
Michael Wijaya I will further my studies in mathematics at Dartmouth College.
