Homework

Each week there will be a webwork assignment for you to complete. The assignments will be denoted by "HWset 1", "HWset 2" etc. These will be due in at 4:00am on TBA mornings. Do not leave these until the last minute. Help will definitely not be available late at night. Extensions will not be granted to the deadlines unless there are exceptional circumstances or significant advance notice.

Your WebWork login information should be emailed to you at the start of the semester. If you did not receive this by the first lesson or you registered late, please contact your instructor to arrange for an account to be created. There are additional homework problems that will not be collected or graded. These are present to give you the opportunity to practice areas that you are having difficulty with. Written problems from the text can be found in the Syllabus section of the course website. "Practice" problems sets are also available on WebWork for each chapter from the text that we shall cover. The listed problems are those we recommend as good practice for the course and exam revision. You should not necessarily attempt them all, but focus on problems from sections with which you feel you need more practice.

WebWork Set "0" is an introduction to how WebWork works. It is recommended for people new to the system.
