Mihai Bailesteanu Named Natural Sciences Professor of the Year

UR Math faculty member Mihai Bailesteanu has been named Professor of the Year Award in the Natural Sciences by the UR Students' Association. The citation recognized Mihai's enthusiasm and his ability to inspire his students to continue their studies in mathematics, as well as his availability outside of the classroom and his willingness to support students even after they have finished his class. Prof. Bailesteanu will be presented with the award at the Undergraduate Research Expo on Friday, April 20.
