Dan Geba wins NSF Career Award
|
|
Assistant Professor Dan Geba has won an NSF Career Award to pursue his research on nonlinear wave equations. This multiyear award supports outstanding young people in the sciences. In mathematics there are only a few such awards each year, and they are substantially larger than the usual NSF grants in mathematics. The department congratulates Dan for this honor. In addition to his well regarded research, Dan has organized contests and problem solving seminars for undergraduates. |
