Conference in Honor of Joe Neisendorfer
On November 18-20, 2005, there was a
conference at University of Montreal
in honor of
Joe Neisendorfer's 60th birthday.
The topic was homotopy theory, Joe's specialty, and it was organized
by his former student Octav Cornea.
Joe has been with the department for over 20 years, and has helped
to make the algebraic topology group one of the strongest in the
nation.
